Show Off Your Pond — Best Pond Picture of 2025 Contest Terms & Conditions
This contest is organized by Clean Water Pro, based in Canada.
1. Eligibility
Open to residents of Canada who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and representatives of Clean Water Pro, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to win. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
2. How to Enter
Participants may enter by either of the following methods during the contest period:
- Social Media Entry: Post a photo of your pond and tag @CleanWaterPro on Facebook or Instagram. Include a short description of your pond.
- Email Entry: Email your photo and short description to info@cleanwaterpro.ca with the subject line “Best Pond Picture of 2025.”
Up to five entries per person is permitted. Entries must be received by December 31st, 11:59PM CT.
3. Contest Period
The contest begins on Saturday, November 8th and ends at 11:59 PM CT on December 31st. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
4. Judging & Winner Selection
All eligible entries will be reviewed by the Clean Water Pro team.
The winner will be selected based on the following criteria:
- Visual quality and clarity of the photo
- Creativity and presentation
- Overall pond appearance and story
The winner will be announced on January 5th on Clean Water Pro’s social media pages and contacted directly via email.
5. Prize
The winner will receive a Small CWP Signature Pond Treatment Bundle. The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
6. Rights & Permissions
By submitting an entry, participants agree that:
- They are the original owner of the photo submitted.
- They grant Clean Water Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share the submitted photo and description for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and advertising.
- Participants retain full ownership of their photos.
7. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. General Conditions
Clean Water Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time for any reason.
